I offer therapy sessions for individual adults (18+) either in person or online. In-person sessions are available at a number of locations in Brighton and Hove; I currently have availability at therapy rooms located near the Pavilion in central Brighton.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are charged on a sliding scale between £60-£75. The first session is charged at a reduced rate of £50.

I also offer concessionary rates, which we can discuss during our first phone call.
