What to expect

Initial contact

If you’re thinking about working with me, the first step is to send me an email, phone, text, or WhatsApp. I know reaching out can feel a little daunting, but I’m here to make it as comfortable as possible for you.

 

We will then set up a brief phone call to discuss what is bringing you to therapy. These typically last around 15-20 minutes and are completely free of charge without obligation to continue.

We’ll also chat about practical details, like available session times and whether you’d prefer to meet online or in person, so we can find what works best for you.

First session

If the practical details align, we’ll schedule an initial 50-minute consultation.

 

This is a chance for us to get to know each other, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore your goals and/or needs.

 

This introductory session is charged at a reduced rate and there is no obligation to continue.
